1 1/2 C. flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 C. Butter
1 Large Egg
1/2 C. Canned Pumpkin
1/2 C. Milk
1 T. Sugar
1/4 C. Raisins
Sift first 6 ingredients together. Cut in butter and add raisins. Combine beaten egg with pumpkin and milk, and add to dry mixture. Mix only to combine. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. sugar over each muffin. Bake at 400 degree for 18-20 minutes. Yield: 1 Dozen.
