Beer Bread

3 cups of self-rising flour

1 TBS sugar

1 egg

1 (can or bottle) of 12oz beer

Mix it all together in a large bowl, and dump inot a greased loaf pan.

Bake 375 for about 45 minutes.

That's it.

You can add parmesan cheese and garlic, or dill weed, or rosemary, or oregano, or whatever, or nothing

This loaf I have in the oven right now has one cup of grated cheddar.

It is sooooooo good, and soooooo easy.
